Poor Quality Sandals August 26, 2010 I. D. Dinov (Los Angeles, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Avoid this Teva sandal model (Teva Men's Omnium Hiking Shoe, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017KLRWC)! A month after I started wearing the sandals both out-soles broke from the main sandal body! It seems they used paper-glue. Very surprised as I've been wearing Teva for over 6 years now and this has never been a problem. The Sandals are very poor quality.
Greta, but... August 21, 2010 JDC IN ATL Generally, I love these shoes. Lightweight, supportive, breathable...BUT, right after I got them I wore em for a full day of walking with no socks. I got blisters on both heels.
my soles came off after about one year July 31, 2010 Ernest Hemingway (Plymouth, MN United States) I have liked the sandals, but the soles came off after about one year. I would have expected more from Teva. I only use them in the summer months. The problem is simply a shoddy gluing problem. I noticed that they only glue the edges on the soles, not in the sole base. Apparently, this doesn't work.
sole disaster July 31, 2010 Mac N Tosh 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Had these sandals over two seasons of light use. Then took an overseas trip, taking them as my only pair of sandals for light trail use. The sole on one of the shoes came unglued, making it impossible to walk. Avoid Teva!!!
Teva Men's Omniun Closed Toe Sandal July 28, 2010 James A. Weed (Reston, VA United States) Great Sandal. I have a wide foot. Although this sandal does not come in a wide size the sandal's adjustments allow it to be expanded enough for a great fit. Good fit, good heel cushion and arch support. This sandal is also well made and very attractive.
