Leaked then lost August 17, 2010 CLW (HI, United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This thing leaked like a sieve the first time we used it, forcing us to have to keep our belongings in a zip lock inside the bag, defeating the purpose. Then on the third use it came loose from the clip in the water and it was lost. Thank goodness a kind individual turned it in to the lifeguard! I have bought a couple of the larger Kwik Tek Dry Packs in the past and didn't have the same problem with leakage and loss, but it will be difficult to trust their products again.
Usefull July 26, 2010 Jamie L. Finger (Austin, TX) Used this when at the beach in Central America, Held up well to keep my money and keys safe, even when surfing. Loved the strap and used it as a purse when hanging out at the beach in my bikini. Didn't use it for anything heavy, but was perfect for the beach bum backpacker.
Worked great July 10, 2010 MT (Corona, CA United States) Bought it for Hawaii trip. Used it snorkeling and my son used it while surfing. Everything stayed completely dry, including the cell phone I put in it. While on the beach in Waikiki, I noticed that the lifeguards use the larger version to keep their radios dry.
Great Item! July 6, 2010 jpo This item was definitely worth it! Kept my most important items dry while I snorkeled on Roatan Island. Fits most important things, small camera, keys, money, id's, etc. I like the fact it ties around your waist vs. your neck. I highly recommend it for your next water adventure!
Lost at sea July 4, 2010 R. Herschel (Havertown, PA United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I used this pack in Curacao while snorkeling. Had 2 driver's licenses, $40, and ships cards. The pack released from the carabiner clip and was lost. DON"T BUY IT!
